Job Title:

Strategic Business Consultant

This is a key role that involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business workflows and elaborate on product requirements.

  • Reviews software functionality developed and updates product documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. Product documentation will include capabilities delivered via the UI, as well as capabilities delivered through integration with third-party systems via adapters and APIs.
  • Assists with analyzing data and supports product reporting.
  • Supports the product team with updates to internal stakeholders as well as communications to clients.
  • Cultivates and fosters strong working relationships with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers.
  • Comprehend and communicate complex concepts.
  • Concentrate, analyze, and resolve complex problems.
  • Utilize technology (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in IT or as a business analyst.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with process analysis or requirements gathering is a plus.
  • Superior presentation and organization skills.
  • Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
