As a strategic partner to business leaders, managers and team members, you play a key role in driving engagement, development and retention of talent.

You participate in leadership meetings alongside sales and operational leaders to provide guidance and coaching on HR policies, managing individual and team performance to achieve targeted business objectives.

Able to lead and coach by using relationships and influence through others to achieve desired outcomes, you guide leaders in identifying and developing emerging talent through talent review discussions and individual development planning.

To understand employees at all levels, you drive consistent employee communications for clarity and focus within the business unit and across the organization.

You develop plans and strategies to support achieving the company's business objectives, collaborating with business leaders to develop a roadmap that ensures people, programs and processes align with business direction and create career paths, growth and positive impact.

The successful candidate has a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can build strong relationships across teams.

They ensure effective controls are in place to proactively manage organizational risk and remain in compliance with policies and procedures.

Additionally, they represent the organization as knowledgeable professionals who explore and identify emerging trends, strategies, approaches and education, specifically within the industry.

Ongoing employee relations problems require investigation and resolution, including developing appropriate steps for resolution.
