Senior Backend Haskell Developer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Backend Haskell Developer.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional programming, with experience designing and implementing scalable API architectures using Haskell.

The successful candidate will integrate directly into our team and work alongside designers and engineers on a daily basis. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable API architectures, working with Kubernetes, and ensuring the security and reliability of software systems.

Key Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience with functional programming in a production environment with Haskell.
  2. A solid background in developing fault-tolerant systems, including requirements gathering, architecture design, and execution.
  3. Extensive experience working with Kubernetes.
  4. Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Networking.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain user interfaces with React.
  6. Skilled in developing and maintaining TypeScript-based applications.
  7. Solid understanding of stack overflow conditions, including their causes, debugging methods, and strategies for prevention in software systems.
  8. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  9. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  10. Forensic attention to detail.
  11. A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  12. Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  13. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  14. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
  15. Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
