HR Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Analyst to join our team in Brazil. As an HR Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency and continuous improvement across multiple HR pillars.

  • You will act as a strategic partner in HR and administrative operations, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, internal communication, HR data, administrative contracts, and employee engagement.
  • You will ensure a smooth employee journey and align HR efforts with the company's values and business goals.

About the Location:

  • This position is based in our Rio de Janeiro office, easily accessible and located in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related areas
  • Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, L&D, internal communication and admin routines
  • Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
  • Solid experience with Workday, Power BI and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and hands-on attitude
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor law and experience managing administrative suppliers/contracts
