Senior Marketing Coordinator Job Summary

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of brand marketing campaigns in Brazil. This includes line managing a Brand Marketing Executive based in São Paulo.

  • Deliver high-quality end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across all channels and become a brand guardian for Brazil.
  • Work closely with media planning and creative agencies to become an expert on the Brazilian media landscape, including local TV, radio, and digital media channels.
  • Collate inputs from around the business to deliver impactful campaigns that achieve cut-through in a highly competitive, regulated market.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Highly motivated individual with a willingness to learn and understand brand marketing channels in depth.
  2. Ability to deliver flawless execution against campaign plans at pace.
  3. Comfortable owning multiple workstreams and projects, working both independently and collaboratively.
  4. Solid experience in multi-channel marketing, with a creative eye and strong attention to detail.
  5. Fluency in Business English and Portuguese (ideally Brazilian), both verbal and written — essential.
  6. Bonus: experience in media planning and buying, and/or knowledge of the Brazilian media landscape (TV, radio, digital).
  7. Comfortable using insights to make data-driven decisions and optimisations.
  8. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  9. Confident presenting to a broad audience, including senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Candidate should have a strong understanding of the Brazilian market.
  • Experience in project management and team leadership is a must.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
