Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Financial Partner to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our finance department, you will work closely with individual budget owners to develop and analyze financials, ensuring accuracy and meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and reports for S&T Brazil.
  • Work with budget owners to create bottom-up forecasts and align overall roll-up with LATAM S&T Finance Lead/team.
  • Prepare AOP/Closing decks for S&T monthly and annual reviews.
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis of monthly actuals vs. forecast/plan.
  • Report S&T budget with accuracy and on time, anticipating Risks and Opportunities to IT and LatAm finance.
  • Support the close process to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information in systems.
  • Own delivery of financial results through joint-effort and business partnering with assigned Local Functions and key LATAM stakeholders.
  • Review and submit IT C&B to LATAM IT finance in each planning cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
