We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Student. As a Student, you will be responsible for providing telephone and face-to-face assistance to clients. This includes tasks such as file organization, receiving and sending documents, preparation of reports and spreadsheets, entry of data on an online platform, secretarial meetings and events, scanning documents, and printing files.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • File Organization: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining files in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Receiving and Sending Documents: You will receive and send documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Preparation of Reports and Spreadsheets: You will prepare reports and spreadsheets to assist with data analysis and decision-making.
  • Entry of Data on Online Platform: You will enter data into our online platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Secretarial Meetings and Events: You will provide administrative support for meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics.
  • Scanning Documents and Printing Files: You will scan documents and print files as needed.
