Job Description

As a leading organization in overhaul, repairs, and maintenance of turbo-prop, turbo-shaft, and turbofan engines, we are committed to making aviation safer, more efficient, and sustainable.

  • We seek an experienced Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho to participate in safety inspections, conduct studies, and provide training to maintain a safe work environment.
  • You will lead teams in emergency control, manage service contracts, and assist in defining preventive and corrective safety measures.
  • In this role, you will analyze and investigate accidents, collect and report safety indicators, and develop audit programs to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Inspections: Participate in safety inspections, execute plans, guide recommendations, and maintain safety equipment and instruments.
  • Study and Evaluation: Conduct studies and evaluations regarding working conditions, safety, and environmental aspects.
  • Training: Provide theoretical and practical safety and environmental training to keep workers informed and trained on applicable norms and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide teams in emergency control, operation of safety equipment, and emergency systems in conjunction with the Emergency Brigade.
  • Contract Oversight: Perform technical and administrative oversight of service contracts.
  • Preventive Measures: Assist in defining and implementing preventive and corrective safety and environmental measures.
  • Incident Analysis: Analyze and investigate accidents, incidents, and deviations to determine causes and assist in corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Data Collection: Collect, analyze, and report safety indicators, consolidating data and proposing recommendations to correct deviations.
  • Audit Programs: Plan, develop, and participate in safety and environmental audit programs.
  • System Management: Update and manage computerized systems related to your area of expertise.
  • Risk Assessment: Plan and execute risk agent assessments and environmental aspects, and actions for risk control and worker exposure management.
  • Norms and Procedures: Develop and review safety and environmental norms and procedures, implementing and maintaining the integrated management system (IMS).
  • Emergency Plans: Develop and review emergency plans in coordination with involved parties.
  • Institutional Engagement: Engage with institutions and authorities relevant to your area of work.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and policies.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, equipment, and materials to ensure safety and health standards.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions as required to enhance work performance.
  • Asset Protection: Preserve company assets, requesting maintenance or repairs as needed.
