Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Origination & Execution: Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the technology sector.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.
  • Portfolio Support: Work closely with technology companies to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior team members on transactions and strategic projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in capital markets, Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity / Venture Capital.
  • Strong understanding of the technology sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
