Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager is a key role that drives commercial growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills to effectively manage large regional accounts with low-complexity purchasing processes.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and manage risk.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline focused on future growth opportunities.
  • Deliver commercial targets by optimizing share, pricing, and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of industrial sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemistry engineer.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs / 25 kg.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
