Job Title: Digital Commerce Strategist

The role of a Digital Commerce Strategist is to develop and execute top-level creator development strategies to drive sales growth on TikTok Shop. This includes initiating efficient incentive policies, managing top creator acquisition, exploring effective methods to support creator livestream and short video sales growth, delivering top creator performance reports, increasing TikTok Shop creator business awareness, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive creator and merchant partnerships.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute top-level creator development strategies to drive sales growth on TikTok Shop.
  • Initiate efficient incentive policies to empower top creator development.
  • Manage top creator acquisition strategy.
  • Explore effective methods to support creator livestream and short video sales growth.
  • Deliver top creator performance reports and insights by diagnosing audience conversion metrics of creator e-commerce content.
  • Increase TikTok Shop creator business awareness by building and amplifying top creator successful case studies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive creator and merchant partnerships.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years working experience in creator/user/merchant development or creator affiliate at internet/e-commerce companies.
  • Strong creator/user growth strategy and roadmap designing skills with strong data sense and knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving.
  • Strong knowledge of live streaming would be a plus.
  • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
