Job Description

The team responsible for enabling long-tail creators to produce high-quality content is looking for talented individuals to join their ranks. Your primary goal will be to identify, onboard and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-com creators, ensuring sustainable creator payouts.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and implementing diverse creator campaigns based on creators' different development stages;
  • Working closely with the affiliate product team to optimize the creator hub experience;
  • Collaborating with category teams to enrich the Affiliate product supply and service creator's product selection needs;
  • Identifying affiliate creator pain points and working with cross-functional teams to solve key challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in key account growth or agency partner growth, preferably with a mixed background in e-commerce, business development and creator agency side;
  • Strong connections with talent agencies/MCNs;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
  • A down-to-earth spirit with the ability to be very detailed and hands-on when needed;
  • Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, with experience in content-based e-commerce being highly preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of live streaming would be a plus;
  • Strong connections with creators and creator agencies.
