About the Role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Lead who wants to learn and transform their career. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line IT support for all internal departments, following up and supporting Desktop/Laptop and Mobile Devices, and maintaining and improving customer service and availability.

Responsibilities
  1. Follow-up and support of Desktop/Laptop and Mobile Devices Stock and asset management
  2. Providing 2nd line IT support for all internal departments
  3. Guidance, assistance, and follow-up on client questions, problems, or troubleshooting (hardware and software)
  4. Installing and configuring PCs and peripherals on request
  5. Maintaining and improving customer service and availability
  6. Developing and maintaining documentation for all ICT support-related subjects and producing reports as needed
  7. Providing onsite support during events
  8. Providing training/demos when needed
