Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a skilled Desktop Support Lead to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our desktop support team. As a Desktop Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal departments, ensuring seamless IT operations, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain desktop/laptop and mobile devices, including stock and asset management.
  • Provide 2nd line IT support for all internal departments, addressing hardware and software issues.
  • Offer guidance, assistance, and follow-up on client questions, problems, or troubleshooting.
  • Install and configure PCs and peripherals as needed.
  • Maintain and improve customer service and availability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ICT support-related subjects and produce reports as required.
  • Provide onsite support during events and training sessions.
