Senior Logistics Manager for Latin America

The role of the Senior Logistics Manager in Latin America involves defining and deploying a logistics strategy that covers Finished Goods and Spare Parts operations across key markets.

This includes long-term capacity planning, process implementation and improvement, logistics network design, warehouse infrastructure, transportation modes, and cost efficiency programs.

  • Collaborate on the definition and deployment of a logistics strategy for Latin America.
  • Implement and improve the long-term capacity planning process, focusing on logistics network design, warehouse infrastructure, and transportation modes.
  • Manage the project pipeline for cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Lead analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and cost savings.

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field is required. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is essential. Experience in logistics operations and/or projects across Latin American countries is also necessary.

Strong leadership skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives are required for this transformative role. The successful candidate will have expertise in identifying and implementing operational efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives, as well as experience in logistics management software, ERP systems, and automation technologies.
