Job Overview

Position Summary

The role involves developing and implementing strategies for the oversight and management of Brambles' assets for assigned clients. The focus is on recognizing opportunities within existing accounts while ensuring adherence to the designated budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate ongoing training sessions for customers on Brambles' quality standards and optimal usage practices.

· Conduct semiannual Business Review presentations, showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to operations.

· Document customer complaints in Brambles Solutions and ensure timely follow-up on resolutions.

· Organize, execute, and reconcile national inventories for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate reporting.

· Oversee savings initiatives requested by clients.

· Cultivate and maintain a strong, strategic relationship with key decision-makers and influencers within major accounts.

· Track performance metrics for assigned accounts.

· Hold regular business review meetings to present account management indicators.

· Guarantee customer satisfaction and optimize supply chain efficiency regarding pallet and container pooling.

· Identify potential risks and business opportunities, fostering synergies in collaborative projects with clients and their partners.

· Schedule, monitor, and report on key customer inventories, ensuring reimbursement for any asset losses that may occur.

· Manage contracts to ensure compliance with all terms, maintaining financial equilibrium for key accounts.

· Ensure annual contract adjustments are executed in line with inflation indices.

· Maintain timely payment flows as per the agreed payment schedule.

Adhere to SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), Quality, and Zero Harm policies in daily operations.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Comprehensive understanding of the pricing structure for accounts, with proficiency in SAP.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, along with contract management expertise.

Advanced business acumen and proficiency in Excel.

Experience

5 to 8 years of experience in the commercial sector, preferably with 3 to 5 years in consumer or logistics industries, focusing on customer service or retail. Experience in inventory control and management, as well as in Commercial and Strategic Account Management, is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Intermediate proficiency in English is necessary; Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Education

High School diploma.

Preferred Work Experience Level

3 - 5 years.
