We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our team at Darkroom, a pioneering digital agency that's building the future of advertising.
As a Marketing Data Insights Specialist, you will work closely with our data scientist to build analyses that drive growth for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to distill data insights and update learnings over time, ensuring campaign success through collaborative efforts with our Growth Marketing Department leaders.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of industry experience working with and analyzing marketing data to drive strategy and make decisions. You should be passionate about solving marketing problems for brands by delivering key insights about their customers, audiences, and business trajectory.
You will also be responsible for:
- Building scalable analysis solutions utilizing Python, SQL, and other tools
- Designing and tracking metrics on external and internal data, ensuring continuous improvement of outcomes through iterative processes and test-and-learn strategies
- Enhancing the quality of acquisition and retention team's output by providing analytical support

Our compensation range for this position is $$1.5K - $2.5K per year.
