Job Overview:

Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits activities with expertise. Develop and implement reward analysis plans to communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data, medical services, labor relations, and communications with excellence.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders up to VP level through exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Manage projects at local and regional levels with a focus on results-driven initiatives.
  • Accountable for all data on hiring, onboarding, terminating, and records maintenance with accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated awareness of human resources levers and best practices that drive business value.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills for building strategic working relationships.
  • Techincal/professional knowledge and skills with 4 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Priority in decision making through excellent planning and organizing.
  • Able to operate independently while being a team member.
  • High work standards and ethics.
