Job Description:

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting business objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating project teams, developing schedules, and monitoring project progress to ensure quality and efficiency.

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
  • Develop schedules/timelines/cost plans that support business objectives, established budgets, resources, and project deliverables
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of overall project delivery process
  • Assure projects are executed within approved budget and schedule and in accordance with company Quality requirements
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
  • Prepares technically accurate and timely reports related to the project
  • Managing stakeholders' communication and preparing communications for management and updates
  • Managing main project documentation from project initiation through completion in accordance with the process instruction
  • Ensure that invoices are properly prepared in accordance with contractual terms and are issued to clients in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit time charge records and expense reports in a timely manner in accordance with company procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 1-3 years of project management-related experience in a lead role
  • Typically requires a Bachelor of Science and at least one year of experience in the maritime and/or offshore industry
  • Preferably holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or a general certification in Project Management

  • Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System
Reporting Relationships and Working Conditions:

  • Reports to a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Director or Executive level position
  • Work is primarily sedentary; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move object
