We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Legal department in São Paulo, you will be responsible for coordinating and resolving high-risk and complex guest cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate high risk/complexity guest cases and prevent negative loyalty, brand and/or financial impact.
- Coordinate high/risk complexity cases through liaison with internal departments.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and positive customer experience.
- Analyze data, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced English language skills.
- Commercial awareness including legal expenses, brand protection, and financial risks.
- Expert knowledge of internal policies and terms and conditions applicable to guests and partners.
- Able to identify and understand legal cases.
Personal Qualities
- Pays high attention to protect brand name and reputation.
- Applies sensitivity in communication.
- Actively listens to and understands the customer.
