The FP&A Business Analyst will contribute to the following key areas:
- Budget Preparation and Reforecasting
The FP&A Business Analyst will work closely with operations to prepare and reforecast budgets, ensuring accurate financial planning and analysis.
Financial Closing and ReportingThe FP&A Business Analyst will liaise with the accounting team to prepare the financial closing, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Financial Performance AnalysisThe FP&A Business Analyst will analyze monthly, quarterly, and half-year financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Financial Presentations and ReportingThe FP&A Business Analyst will prepare financial presentations for management, investors, and lenders, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial results.
Financial Modeling and AnalysisThe FP&A Business Analyst will build financial templates and models, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional SupportThe FP&A Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Key Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Finance or Grande Ecole Program
A Master's degree in Finance or a Grande Ecole program with a major in Finance is required.
Experience in FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or FinanceExperience in FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or Finance is essential, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
Proficient in Excel and Financial ModelingProficiency in Excel and financial modeling is required, with the ability to build complex financial models.
Good Knowledge of AccountingA good knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential.
Proficient in French and EnglishProficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
