Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Luxury Portfolio, driving exponential portfolio share and value growth through super-charged performance.
  • Develop and execute the Luxury Execution Strategy, delivering brilliant execution in top TLA accounts.
  • Closely collaborate with Luxury Customer Activation Manager, Advocacy team, and Culture teams to set up KPIs and ensure activations can be executed.
  • Develop great relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving efficiency and sales targets.
  • Accountable for the luxury P&L for the market, including performance and profitability metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience in commercial leadership roles.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership skills: shape the future, win through execution.
  • Performance management of Luxury field sales managers team.
