Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Account Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our luxury sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the top 10% of our trade accounts, while building strong relationships with key influencers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate regional NSV growth through luxury execution
  • Endorse Diageo's luxury culture among top trade accounts
  • Personify the Luxury Portfolio and deliver performance against set KPIs
  • Conduct trainings and tastings across the Luxury Portfolio
  • Maintain outlet-level data and develop profitable programs with customers
  • Develop brand building, fame, and talkability for our brands
  • Use customer insights to implement activation plans
Requirements
  • Strong ability to build great relationships with key influencers in the industry
  • Collaborate closely with Luxury team members, including Culture and Brand Managers/Activators and Brand Ambassadors
  • Understand consumer types, attitudes, and trends
  • Customer-focused and insists on high standards of delivering plans
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong drive to make an impact and build experiences with top trade accounts
