DC Pensions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our defined contribution consulting team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants to deliver expert advice to employers and trustees on their DC schemes and wider savings plans.


The Role:
  • Support lead consultants in providing guidance on scheme design, investment strategy, communications, retirement support, provider selection, governance, and compliance.
  • Conduct research and draft technical papers for review by senior colleagues.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain accurate records related to clients.
  • Manage small projects from scoping through to delivery.
  • Participate in specialist groups covering key DC issues or colleague development initiatives.
  • Assist with client management, including billing and budget tracking.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Defined Contributions (DC) pensions and experience gained in a consulting, provider, or administration role.
  • Working towards or willing to sit relevant professional exams.
  • Proactive, inquisitive, and organized with excellent project management and relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to exceeding client expectations.
