About the Role

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Create compelling narratives to drive product usage and adoption.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team to drive customer experiences across all marketing touch-points from acquisition to retention.
  • Constantly research with customer success & sales in order to understand our customers.
  • Be the leading expert on product features & content.
  • Own market research projects that uncover customer and market insights that influence the product roadmap.
  • Translate product capabilities into simple, compelling messages that resonate with customers and build awareness.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs.
  • Produce reporting and data insights about product usage.
  • Prepare and present insights from sales calls, customer success & customer interviews for product roadmap.

Requirements

">
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience using data insights to drive internal transformation.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering go-to-market plans.
  • Ability to conceptualise, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - with both technical and non-technical individuals;
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking to develop metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proven successful track record of navigating through ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to lead and influence and align the team to a common goal.
  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
  • Demonstrated ability for being detail-oriented, self-motivated and driving follow-through.
  • Must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
