Global Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven and quick to adapt colleague to join our team in Brazil. The role focuses on Household Care portfolio in North America and LATAM and Bioenergy biosolutions in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies for HHC & I in the Americas and Bioenergy in Latam.
  • Monitor chemical regulations in Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Chile; represent the RA HHC & I in external working groups and trade associations.
  • Prepare dossier for new registrations and renewals.
  • Support annual tonnage reporting for the Americas.
  • Evaluate product documentation (SDS, labels, technical files) against regional and global standards.
  • Manage regulatory data in RegOne and internal systems.
  • Coordinate documentation with global/local teams for submissions.
  • Track regulatory status in NA and Latam.
  • Engage early with local stakeholders for proactive regulatory alignment.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology or related Scientific disciplines. A MSc or equivalent in Chemistry or related field is a plus.
  • Over 7 years experience in regulatory, with extensive experience within Home Care industry or related industries.
  • Experience representing the company in trade associations and with local regulatory authorities.
  • Expertise in GMM dossier is a plus.
  • Skilled in translating biotech concepts into regulatory terms.
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and quick to adapt.
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams.
  • Experienced in global coordination.
  • Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
