We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic HR Projects: Implement changes and improve processes to drive business results.
  • Maintain Accurate Employee Records: Ensure up-to-date records in the HRIS system, including new hires, terms, and leaves of absence.
  • Support Recruiting Efforts: Post job opportunities, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
  • Coordinate New-Employee Orientation: Prepare first-week schedules and facilitate mentoring/summer intern programs.
  • Assist with Employee Benefit Administration: Maintain and update employee files, support annual open enrollment cycle, and prepare benefit communication materials.
  • Evaluate Compensation Structure: Assess market data and develop effective compensation communication strategy.
  • Address Employee Inquiries: Respond to questions regarding policies, procedures, and company benefits.
  • Support Performance Management Cycle: Assist with mandatory reports, audits, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience within an HR department.
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Expert technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and external entities.
  • Must be organized, dependable, professional, and confident.
