Human Resources Professional

As a seasoned Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in driving company-wide HR projects and improving HR processes.

  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS including new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence.
  • Support recruiting and hiring new employees, including screening resumes and applications, conducting video or in-person interviews, and extending offers.
  • Conduct new-employee orientation, prepare first-week schedules, and facilitate mentoring programs.
  • Assist with administration of employee benefit programs and maintain and update employee files.
  • Deploy effective compensation communication strategies and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and company benefits.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of support experience within an HR Department.
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Expert technical skills in MS Office applications and the aptitude to learn new technologies.
