Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Novonesis by utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance recruitment processes and ensure a transparent hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and assess strong talent for business areas, driving end-to-end recruitment efforts.
  • Create targeted recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with employer branding specialists to amplify recruitment impact.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives and advise on strategies within designated business areas.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment with talent strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of in-house talent acquisition or recruitment experience within a global organization of more than 6000 employees.
  • Experience recruiting across operations and R&D for a health care, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing company would be highly beneficial.
  • Ability to travel at least once every two months for 2-3 days within region Latin America.
