About the Role:The Biz Dev Lead will drive our most complex and high-value partnerships, overseeing the full partnership lifecycle from initial concept to successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Identifying, sourcing, and developing a pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities with major players in key industries.
- Leading end-to-end negotiations for commercial agreements, working closely with cross-functional teams to secure favorable terms.
- Building data-driven business cases to justify and prioritize partnership initiatives.
- Managing relationships with senior stakeholders at partner companies to ensure long-term success and uncover new growth prospects.
- Mentoring other team members and serving as a thought leader for partnership strategy.
- 7+ years of experience in biz dev or strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of closing large deals.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proven experience building business cases.
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
- Experience in tech, mobility, or fintech is a significant plus.
