Job ResponsibilitiesThe on-site fellow will guide Summer Institute participants through the completion of their annual social justice projects. They will also work collaboratively with the project director in capacity building efforts, sustaining community partnerships, and organizing the faculty collective retreat and summer institute.
Key Performance Indicators- Project delivery and timelines
- Stakeholder engagement and relationships
- BA/BS degree required; MA degree in an interdisciplinary or related field preferred
- Advanced PhD candidates are eligible to apply, as are recent PhD recipients whose degrees were awarded in the last 3 years but who have not started a tenure track job
Success in this role is measured by the successful execution of projects, stakeholder satisfaction, and the development of skills and expertise among team members.
