Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a vital part in advising stakeholders on legal risks and issues.

Your remit will include drafting and negotiating procurement-related agreements, reviewing and giving guidance on newly introduced legislation, and contract review and negotiation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring regular reporting of quality and identifying risk and opportunities, as well as interfacing with external law firms and facilitating trainings and awareness sessions.

As a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, you will have proven experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and compliance.

With strong business acumen, good communication skills, and the ability to operate in a multi-cultural and multi-jurisdictional environment, you will be able to advise non-legal people on complex business arrangements involving complex legal issues.
