About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Brazil. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing, adapting, and continuously improving our business systems and processes in your country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Setup and Maintenance: Coordinate the full operational setup and maintenance of our properties, ensuring they are ready for guests in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement: Drive down operational costs and continuously improve processes while upholding our quality standards.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise, manage, and negotiate with contractors, vendors, and external business partners to ensure our guests receive high standards of client experience.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Operations Associates, leading their onboarding process and providing continuous feedback.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Manage timely data collection to update operational metrics, achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of progressive work experience in business operations or services in a start-up, SME, or large corporation.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced English.
  • Results-oriented go-getter with great multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Team player and creative thinker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Guest-centric mindset.
  • Project management experience under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in hospitality or real estate is considered a plus.
  • Proven team management experience in field operations is considered a plus.
