Role Description

The Recruiting Excellence Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the full-cycle recruiting process, coordinating with hiring managers, and developing employer branding strategies. This hybrid role requires sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating hiring processes, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening top talent for recruitment opportunities
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies for attracting qualified applicants
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify skill gaps and create job descriptions that meet business needs
  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Hiring best practices
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in Employer Branding and HR software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
  • Proficiency in English language with fluency or advanced proficiency
