Customer Service Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Service Transport Coordinator to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver and Car Return Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
About the Role:This is a customer-focused position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, transporting them by minibus, and handing over and collecting rental cars.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming clients and ensuring a smooth experience
- Maintaining a positive atmosphere while accompanying clients
- Handling car handovers and collections with care
- Selling additional services and handling payments
- Completing rental contracts and reports accurately
- Inspecting cars on handover and return, identifying any damage
- Intermediate level English proficiency (conversational)
- A friendly and optimistic attitude
- Empathy and attentiveness to customer needs
- Persistent and motivated to achieve targets
- Results-oriented and enjoy solving challenges
- Team player
- Flexible scheduling
- Experience in related fields (Rent-a-Car, Tourism, Customer Relations, Sales) is an advantage
The work schedule involves 10-hour shifts, divided into four days of work and two days off. Two schedules are available: 08:00-20:00 and 20:00-08:00.
