Automotive Production Line Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled and experienced Automotive Production Line Worker.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for working on the automotive production line, performing tasks such as assembly, installation, and inspection of various components.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety procedures and guidelines;
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and productivity;
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Formal education: High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Relevant work experience in manufacturing or production environment;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification in a related field (e.g., welding, mechanics);
  • Experience with manual handling and lifting heavy objects;
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques;
  • Fluency in a second language (optional).
