Global Workforce Planning Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to drive data-informed workforce decisions, ensure accurate headcount planning, people cost modeling, and reporting for our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and optimize workforce plans aligned with business goals and hiring strategies.
- Partner with Finance and HR to model and analyze people costs across multiple countries.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor workforce metrics like headcount, attrition, and hiring trends.
- Support strategic decision-making through scenario modeling of workforce changes.
- Ensure data integrity and automation across HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide actionable workforce insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements for reporting and data collection.
- Monitor labor market trends, attrition risks, and internal workforce dynamics to inform planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, HR, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in workforce planning, payroll, or financial planning related to people costs.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Understanding of HR systems (HRIS) and their integration with financial data.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
