Workforce Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful delivery of Workforce Management (WFM) support by acting as liaison between WFM Shared Services and Operations organization.
- Participate in action and strategic planning process to establish annual objectives and goals for an organization.
- Manage representatives and analysts team, providing coaching and feedback monthly.
- Attend monthly meeting with customers.
- Lead forecast, capacity plan, real time, analytics and reporting processes.
- Guarantee accuracy of all WFM processes.
- Promote a work environment aligned with company values.
- Ensure WFM members comply with WFM standards.
- Onboard new accounts in Location/Delivery Assurance vertical, including communication with WFM Shared Services.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in workforce management and leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Workforce Management systems and tools.
- Familiarity with company values and standards.
