Workforce Planning Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Workforce Planning Lead to drive data-informed workforce decisions and optimize our global operations.

About the Role:
  • Develop, maintain, and refine headcount plans in alignment with business objectives, budget cycles, and hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR to model people costs, including salaries, benefits, and other employee-related expenses across multiple countries.
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reports that provide visibility into workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and cost forecasts.
  • Support strategic decision-making by running workforce scenarios (e.g., growth, restructuring, hiring freezes) and analyzing their impact on costs and capacity.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor trends and risks, tracking global labor market trends, attrition risks, and internal workforce dynamics to inform proactive planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, HR, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, payroll, or financial planning related to people costs.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Solid understanding of HR systems (HRIS) and how they integrate with financial data.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of global payroll and labor cost structures.
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing, multinational company.
