The role of a People Analytics Supervisor in LATAM at Samsung Electronics involves leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision-making. This position requires analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis & Insights - Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce performance, engagement, and retention. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and KPIs.
- Strategic Support - Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement people analytics initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Support decision-making processes by providing data-backed insights on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Data Management & Quality - Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems and platforms. Develop and maintain data governance policies to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with HR leaders, business managers, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Languages: Advanced English required.
- General Knowledge: Experience in HR function, preferable with experience managing People Metrics and KPIs.
- Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- System Knowledge: Previous experience with Workday.
