Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's workforce needs, taking into account factors such as demand forecast, staff availability and client service level agreements.
- Collaborate with operations, human resources and legal teams to ensure that workforce management practices align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement effective workforce scheduling processes to minimize overtime costs and maximize productivity.
- Develop and maintain reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of workforce management strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with workforce management software and technology preferred.
