We're seeking a talented and passionate Global Workforce Planning Sr Analyst to join Wildlife's team. You will play a key role in driving data-informed workforce decisions, ensuring accurate headcount planning, people cost modeling, and reporting for our global operations. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing workforce trends, and partnering with stakeholders to optimize workforce strategy.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to improve, review, and implement processes related to workforce planning, reporting, and data accuracy.

What you'll do
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize workforce plans aligned with business goals, budgets, and hiring strategies.
  • Partner with Finance and HR to model and analyze people costs across multiple countries.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor workforce metrics like headcount, attrition, and hiring trends.
  • Support strategic decision-making through scenario modeling of workforce changes.
  • Ensure data integrity and automation across HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide actionable workforce insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for reporting and data collection.
  • Monitor labor market trends, attrition risks, and internal workforce dynamics to inform planning.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, HR, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in workforce planning, payroll, or financial planning related to people costs.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Understanding of HR systems (HRIS) and their integration with financial data.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting.
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of global payroll and labor cost structures.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, multinational company.
