We are seeking a skilled Category Performance Strategist to lead our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning all on-site campaigns for categories, driving product and category discoverability, and sales growth.
  • Developing and analyzing performance metrics, articulating key insights into written narratives to drive business decisions and opportunities.
  • Partnering across internal teams to develop and implement optimal customer experiences, ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams.
  • Working with cross-functional teams on launch products and categories, calendaring and execution planning.
  • Conducting regular quality control of the website by drawing on quantitative results, continually observing industry trends and refreshing the website.
  • Building processes to ensure operational excellence, creating experiment frameworks, analyzing results, and structuring scalable campaigns through AB Testing.
Requirements:
  • Executing day-to-day campaigns, diving deep into performance and qualitative metrics to extract key insights for business improvement.
  • Proposing and analyzing results of on-site experience testing, communicating learnings upwards, and using data to drive future optimization.
  • Having a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality, and global trends/events, continually monitoring underlying technological development.
  • Blending analytical skills and keen attention to details that leads to high-standard deliveries, driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners, providing market insights and actionable recommendations.
