Our team is looking for a skilled Categories Operations Analyst to join our dynamic environment. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, ensuring a balanced marketplace, and delivering a good experience for both passengers and drivers.

The operations environment is fast-paced and data-driven, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to connect different variables into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor category operations and provide performance insights to the team.
  • Design passenger profile segmentation and engagement strategies tailored to each category.
  • Analyze incentive strategies to understand efficiency levels and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop location-specific analysis to uncover opportunities and address operational challenges.
  • Create presentations to share operational insights with stakeholders and foster strategic discussions.
  • Propose and validate category-specific use cases and value propositions to enhance operations.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with other team members.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has an analytical profile with advanced knowledge of data tools (Excel / Database / SQL).
  • Can engage with cross-functional stakeholders through strong communication skills.
  • Is experienced in building and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Excels at sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Is willing to learn and contribute to category expansion initiatives.
  • Thrives in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Has a background in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Speaks English fluently.
