Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans that align with our company's long-term strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have advanced data analysis skills, experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, and the ability to create executive dashboards using Excel. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with workforce planning.

The Workforce Planning Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in workforce data, and develop strategies to improve resource allocation and maintain staffing levels conducive to achieving targeted service standards.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans that align with the company's long-term strategic objectives.
  • Analyze workforce trends, predict future staffing needs, and devise strategies to ensure a balanced and skilled workforce.
  • Utilize data analytics to build executive dashboards and provide strategic data visibility to Central, Regional, and local teams.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with strong expertise in workforce management within a contact center.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and exposure to source system query engines (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, Cisco, Avaya, Verint, Content Guru, or related WFM tools).
  • Experience with Visual Basic and SAS preferred but not required.
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
