Job Description">

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and cross-regional team with international exposure. Your mission is to identify, engage, and hire top talents to join our organization.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can drive new growth opportunities for our teams by running talent programs. You will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruiting cycle for roles across multiple teams and countries in the organization.

  • Manage the entire recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding of new hires.">
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to attract and retain top talent.">
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide market information, talent intelligence, and key practices that support organizational goals.">
  • Own the candidate experience throughout the hiring process and ensure a seamless transition to onboarding.">
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and optimize the hiring process.">
  • Partner with other HR teams to drive efficiencies and process improvements.">
  • Contribute to projects that shape our culture of recruiting and contribute to its growth.">

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment like consulting or internet companies.">
  • Proven track record of using ATS systems (lever, greenhouse, icims, etc).">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.">
  • Passion for driving change and contributing to organizational evolution.">
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition techniques, including offer negotiation, sourcing, etc.">
