About the Role

Givaudan is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in monitoring and disseminating market and consumer information to support Marketing, Sales, and FC&A teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Provide support to marketing teams by summarizing and disseminating market and consumer information.
  • Marketing Program Support: Assist marketing and graphics colleagues on marketing programs and projects.
  • Product Launch Monitoring: Monitor new launch activity, trends, and purchase new launch products, collaborating with marketing colleagues in different regions.
  • Meeting Organization: Organize new product meetings internally and for clients.
  • Client Presentations: Create client presentations under the supervision of a marketing manager.
Requirements
  • Professional Background: Professional in Marketing, Advertising, or related areas.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in food, chemical, or related industries.
  • Language Skills: Verbal and written command of Spanish (90%), and English (50%).
  • Project Experience: Experience running or being part of product improvement projects.
Technical Skills
  • Givaudan Systems: Understand, record, and access information from Givaudan systems (Mood&Emotion, Synthesio).
  • Givaudan Brief Process: Show basic understanding of Givaudan's brief process and functional interfaces.
  • Consumer and Market Knowledge: Show knowledge of flavored products, trends, main customers, and competitors.
  • Data Analysis: Develop ability to analyze consumer data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding.
