Main Responsibilities- Ensure facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards, implementing and improving safety protocols according to current legislation.
- Maintain quality standards and prevent customer complaints regarding product quality.
- Lead teams during external audits conducted by suppliers, certification agencies, or clients.
- Develop and conduct training related to health, safety, and quality.
- Promote a safety culture and proactive environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Bring all departments into compliance with quality and safety management systems.
- Perform risk assessments, EHS audits, and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Simplify manufacturing processes to control quality and meet customer expectations.
- Analyze accident/incident statistics, identify trends, and suggest improvement plans.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, preferably in Tires.
- Certification for internal audits of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in people management.
