The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day retail operations of their applicable store, inclusive of sales and service, team leadership, and operational excellence.
This role entails providing an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will connect with in-store clients and develop a following of repeat clients to drive sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing sales and service support on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and key performance indicators.
- Assisting in recruiting and training a team of support managers and client experience-focused associates.
- Training and coaching team members to meet and/or adhere to customer service standards and company policies and procedures.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to recruit, train, manage, and develop a team.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
