Senior Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our partnership growth and management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners across the region.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand our network of 3PL partners and riders to meet growing demand in each city.
  • Enhance operational capabilities through training and communication, ensuring partners understand company strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the region.
  • Ensure 100% compliance for 3PL partners and their riders.
  • Collaborate with product teams to optimize processes and products used by 3PL companies.
  • Work with operations teams to develop rewards and penalties for 3PL and manage them daily to achieve business goals.
  • Take responsibility for partner and regional performance, including rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience goals.
  • Communicate partner elimination when requirements are not met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above preferred; at least 3 years of experience in rider growth and partner management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build/maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of the 3PL market trends and best practices.
